Delivery and payment

We ship our original Korean cosmetics directly from our warehouse in Kastrup, Denmark, to customers across Denmark and the European Union.

1. Delivery in Denmark

Standard Shipping: Fixed fee of 50 DKK.
Free Delivery: On all orders over 500 DKK.
Carriers: We use reliable local services: PostNord, GLS, and DAO.
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

2. Delivery in the European Union (EU)

To ensure you get the most favorable rates, we calculate shipping costs individually for each international order.

How it works: Place your order on the website. We will calculate the best shipping rate via Shipmondo (DHL, UPS, or GLS) based on your specific location and parcel weight.
Confirmation: We will contact you via email or another convenient method (SMS/Messenger) with the final shipping quote for your approval.
Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

3. Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept:

Visa & Mastercard
Klarna (Pay later or in installments)
Apple Pay & Google Pay

Currency Note: All transactions are processed in Danish Kroner (DKK). Prices in EUR are estimates; the final amount may vary slightly depending on your bank's exchange rate.
