These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on koreanmini.shop.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT (Moms).
For customers viewing the site in EUR, the price is an estimate. The final transaction will be processed in DKK.
We accept: MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.
The payment will only be debited from your account once the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Denmark: Fixed shipping fee of 50 DKK. Free shipping on orders over 500 DKK.
European Union: Shipping costs are calculated individually after the order is placed to ensure the best rate. We will contact you with the final amount.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for Denmark and 3–7 business days for the EU.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Hygiene Exception: For health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products can only be returned if the original seal and packaging remain completely intact and unopened.
To exercise your right, you must notify us at korean.mini.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Warranty and Complaints

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a 24-month warranty for defects in the product.
If your claim is justified, you may be entitled to a replacement, a refund, or a price reduction.
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be settled in the Danish courts.
