Retinoid Retraining & Safety Guidelines
• If you are new to retinoids: Introduce the product gradually. Use it 2 times a week for the first 2 weeks. If no irritation occurs, increase usage to 3 times a week for the next 2 weeks, gradually building up tolerance.
• Contraindications: Do not use retinoids if you are pregnant, lactating, or planning a pregnancy within the next six months.
